- Persons creating Public group(s) for a business that they or other users own (only private groups are allowed for businesses)
- Other prohibited actions include creating a user account for the sole purpose of solicitation or spamming users on the site in ways not approved of in our policies and guidelines
- Creating only one user account in which multiple users utilize to promote the business identified on the profile ( for example, Business ABC creates one account profile and is then used by multiple employees or owners of that company)
- User accounts are for single individuals, one user account is required for each employee/owner of that said company / business who has the intention of being regularly active on the site as a contributing member. When referring to a “business” or “company” within any Circle One policies created now or thereafter, these terms shall apply to all business entity types, including but not exclusive to: DBA, Sole Proprietorship, LLC, Corp, Inc., etc.
- Threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behavior
- Infringing the intellectual property of Circle One Inc. or other proprietary rights of others
- Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities through any of our Services
System Abuse
Any User in violation of our Services security is subject to criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account termination. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
- Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security of the Services
- Intentionally or negligently transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted data
- Accessing another network without permission, including to probe or scan for vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures
- Unauthorized scanning or monitoring of data on any network or system without proper authorization of the owner of the system or network
Service Resources
